Premium Vanax SuperClean powder metallurgy steel, ready for further processing and blade making.
The blanks were pre-cut using waterjet cutting, then underwent heat treatment with cryogenic treatment and were hardened to 59–60 HRC.

The steel strips are supplied fully heat-treated and hardened, ready for further machining, grinding, and blade making.
