Description

Handcrafted Chef’s Cleaver • Böhler N690 Steel • G10 Handle • Leather Sheath Included

A reliable, heavy-duty yet ergonomic handmade chef’s cleaver, designed for intensive kitchen work. This cleaver is ideal for chopping, slicing, and breaking down meat, poultry, fish, large vegetables, and herbs. With its balanced weight and carefully shaped blade, it offers power and control for both home cooks and professionals.

Materials & Construction:

The blade is forged from Böhler N690 stainless steel (Austria), hardened to 60 HRC. This high-alloy steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and edge retention — making it a perfect fit for long-term culinary use.

The handle is crafted from layered blue-and-black G10, featuring a striking wave-like pattern. G10 is a tough composite material, resistant to moisture, impact, and temperature changes. A polished metal bolster and pommel add strength and refined style.

A custom leather sheath is included for safe storage and easy transport. The sheath is hand-stitched, form-fitted, and built for lasting protection.
