The blade is made from D2 tool steel with cryogenic treatment. Cryo processing improves wear resistance, stabilizes the steel structure, and enhances edge retention. The working hardness of the blade is 61–62 HRC.

The blade features deep etching, which reduces glare, emphasizes the blade geometry, and gives a clean, technical appearance. The profile is designed for precise cutting and controlled performance.
